- Provide regular updates on the status of media and show production to the Project Executive while identifying risks and implementing mitigating actions.
- Oversee tendering and contract management, ensuring all documentation is comprehensive and scope inputs are effectively managed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful project execution and clear communication.
- Manage the development process of media from concept through delivery while ensuring compliance with project objectives and Ways of Working (WOW).
- Engage with various stakeholders to understand project needs and devise innovative solutions that adhere to QIC standards.
- Facilitate the media review and approval process across various departments, ensuring quality and adherence to standards.
- Coordinate workshops and mock-ups with consultants to address potential production integration issues proactively.
- Evaluate media consultant submissions for conformity with quality standards and adherence to established processes.
- Ensure the effective dissemination of media and show information between all relevant stakeholders.
- Manage on-site integration of media and show elements to meet commercial, technical, and creative requirements.
- Provide assistance across other divisions within QIC regarding media-related development requests.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management concerning ongoing media production initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Media/Film/TV Production, Arts, Communication, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in media and show production, particularly within theme parks or large-scale entertainment projects.
- Professional accreditation in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Extensive understanding of media production processes and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience with managing media production pipelines, including film production, post-production, VFX, CGI, and audio design.
- Proficiency in project management tools is required.
- Experience with immersive media formats, such as AR and VR, is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of media software and relevant production tools is essential.
- Familiarity with show elements design and integration for theme parks or entertainment venues is required.
- Competence in Adobe Creative Suite and other related media production software is preferred.
- Prior experience working in the KSA/Middle East region is beneficial.
- Fluency in Arabic or Japanese is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, facilitating effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial.
- Comprehensive project management expertise, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Proven experience in managing media vendors to ensure project deliverables align with time, quality, and budget goals.
