- Leads QA/QC Team (Project Company and Owner's Engineer) to manage quality of works including Shop Test & Inspection.
- Reviews, agree and monitor the EPC Project Quality Plan
- Communicates the quality plan and its objectives to all stakeholders.
- Supports all Consultants, Design Consultants and Design, Construction Supervision Consultants and contractors in the implementation of Quality, Plans and procedures and the monitoring of their performance on all Quality matters.
- Develops and implements audit schedules and plans, including unannounced visits
- Develops statistical reports on Quality performance
- Identifies and communicate lessons learned though the programmed lifecycle
- Manages the programmed quality control testing service
- Coordinates and manages Third party audits as required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in Quality management of power generation projects.
- Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, and NDE related to all QA/QC functions.
- Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting programs,including root cause analysis.
- Quality Culture behaviors (rigorous, systematic, prudent approach, questioning attitude and good communication).
- Understanding ISO 9001 and related Quality Standards and concepts
- Experience of performing audits is an asset.
- Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills
