Assist the Operations Manager in preparing project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure smooth project rollout. Regularly update schedules and highlight potential delays.2. Ensure On-Time Project Delivery
Monitor site progress, coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that project milestones are achieved within the agreed timelines. Escalate risks and delays proactively.3. Enforce Safety & Compliance
Implement and monitor safety procedures in line with Saudi Labour Law, company HSE standards, and client requirements. Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits, and ensure incidents are reported and investigated.4. Control Project Costs
Support in tracking budgets, controlling site expenses, and avoiding material wastage. Identify opportunities for cost savings without affecting quality.5. Optimize Resource Utilization
Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material deployment to avoid idle time and ensure maximum productivity. Maintain updated resource utilization records.6. Supervise & Develop Teams
Provide supervision, guidance, and coaching to site teams including engineers, supervisors, and workers. Resolve on-site conflicts, ensure proper task assignments, and support staff training.7. Maintain Quality Standards
Ensure that construction works comply with drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Participate in inspections, audits, and follow-up on corrective actions.8. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress, safety, quality, and manpower usage. Ensure accuracy and timely communication with Operations Manager and management.9. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Act as a secondary contact point for clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Support in addressing client concerns, following up on approvals, and ensuring timely material/subcontractor delivery.10. Drive Continuous Improvement
Identify operational inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement initiatives that reduce cost, improve productivity, and enhance safety or quality.Qualifications, Experience and SkillsBachelor’s degree in Engineering-Civil/Mechanical
Ten years (with 5+ years of Gulf experience)
Proven experience in operations or a supervisory role.
Familiarity with operational tools, systems, and procedures.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems).
Strong understanding of business operations and supply chain management.
Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership skills to motivate and manage teams effectively.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours as required.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Willingness to work all over in KSA
