For Aramco MGSIII Pipeline ProjectJob Responsibilities:Understand the project in depth and define the best possible sequence of execution to have control and monitoring
Preparation of DPR/WPR/MPR, and data for the MIS
Preparation and generation of Client Billing (RA Bills) and coordination with PMC/Client for approval of the Client Bills. Follow-up with PMC/Client for Collection of Payment
Ensure Cost Booking in SAP for issued materials for construction, Materials & Equipment Hiring Bills, Sub-contractors, vendor bills and Admin Cost in time on monthly basis to generate Revenue
Attend PMC/Client Monthly Review Meetings (MRM). Prepare presentation and MOM and submit to PMC/ClientCompetencies : Analytical Skills
 Good Communication Skills
 Customer Focus
 Sound Technical & contractual KnowledgeSkills:
 Knowledge of Primavera Software / MS Project /Project Management.
 Proficient in MS Office
Education :
 Graduate Engineer in any discipline, preference for Mechanical EngineersExperience :
12+ years, Oil and Gas experience is must. Preference for candidates with cross country pipeline experience with Aramco approval
