Develop and enforce SOPs, SSOPs, PPMs in line with industry standards.
Conduct inspections, sampling, and testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
Maintain thorough documentation and audit trails for all QC activities.
Coordinate and train production staff on quality and safety procedures.
Collaborate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement plans.
Utilize ERP systems (such as Odoo or Foodics) for data entry, reporting, and QC-related administrative tasks.
Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Support internal and external audits, ensuring all requirements are met.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in a food manufacturing unit, preferably in bakery & pastry production.
Successfully implemented or managed SOPs, SSOPs, and Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Programs.
HACCP Level 3 or Level 4 certified (or equivalent food technician training/academic credentials).
Demonstrated track record in a QC role with evidence of successful projects and process improvements.
Strong administrative skills with familiarity in ERP systems like Odoo, Foodics, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Attributes:Experience in leading audits (internal or external).
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
