- To direct and control all maintenance activities of the company.
- Technical Maintenance (machine & tools)
- Facilities Maintenance
- Control on Company Housekeeping
- Responsible for all factory maintenance.
- Monitor and checking all maintenance activities in the company.
- Prepare a yearly plan for maintenance.
- Prepare monthly maintenance report.
- Prepare the Daily Maintenance Check sheet.
- Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- Prepare Maintenance Card on all machines.
- Train the maintenance technician.
- To assure the availability of the spare parts at the store which usually use.
- To assist the contractor/ supplier.
- Monitoring proper housekeeping in the company
- Authorized to assign personnel for the job as per priority & skills.
- Authorized to arrange required spare parts.
- Authorized to decide if the machine needed to repair in-house or to send outside
- Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
- Knowledgeable in ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System.
- Knowledgeable in OHSAS 18001:2007
- Knowledgeable in ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System
