About the ClientOur client, a leading bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Credit Manager to join their team.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee approval of credit facilities, ensuring agreements, risk ratings, and documentation are accurately reflected in core banking systems.Manage adjustments to facility limits (increases, reductions, cancellations) in line with approvals and internal policies.Validate customer requests to confirm alignment with approved terms, facility availability, and pricing structures.Coordinate with Relationship Managers to secure original documentation and maintain safe custody of loan files.Prepare and distribute regular reports on facility utilization, exposures, and overdue positions across business segments.
Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in banking with strong exposure to credit operations, loans, and facility documentation.Hands-on experience with banking systems (e.g., Finacle, E-doc, Doc-safe) and proficiency in MS Office.Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to balance flexibility and firmness when required.Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver accurate outcomes with attention to detail.
