• Remove damaged or worn-out refractory lining inside boilers.
• Repair cracks, spalling, or insulation failures in boiler refractory areas.
• Inspect and maintain refractory linings in heat exchangers, tanks, and chimneys.
• Conduct refractory patching or relining in thermal sections of water treatment plants.
• Use proper tools for cutting, shaping, and placing refractory materials.
• Ensure all work complies with safety procedures, especially in confined and hot spaces.
• Coordinate with boiler maintenance and operation teams during shutdowns and turnarounds.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize tools in the work area.
