Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging awareness and deep-technical leadership sessions (onsite & virtual)
Customize content to client sectors (industrial, healthcare, logistics, corporate)
Develop assessments, case studies, role-plays, and practical exercises; track learning outcomes
Provide implementation guidance (leadership frameworks, checklists, job aids)
Coordinate with SaveFast on schedules, materials, and client reporting
Must-Have QualificationsDegree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
5+ years designing and delivering leadership and professional development training to enterprise audiences
Strong command of leadership theories, coaching methodologies, change management, and performance improvement
Familiarity with GCC corporate culture and leadership challenges in diverse industries
Nice to HaveExperience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
Experience developing leadership assessment tools and coaching toolkits
Exposure to executive coaching and mentoring programs
Evidence of high trainee satisfaction and measurable leadership development outcomes
