Job Description:
  • Responsible for developing detailed programme for construction activities.
  • Responsible for preparing manpower resource schedule to achieve the timely completion
of project.
  • Responsible for preparing equipment/material procurement schedule.
  • Responsible to coordinate and assist the Project Manager for timely ordering of material
and equipment.
  • Responsible for preparation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports.
  • Prepare work plans and look ahead short-term programmes as required by the contract.
  • Responsible for monitoring the progress of works at site and highlight the problems to the
Project Manager/Construction Manager, as and when required.
  • Responsible for monitoring and maintain tracking logs for material and drawing submittals.
  • Responsible to developing detailed programme for Test & Commissioning System.
  • Responsible for attending project progress review meetings with Project manager and
assist as required.Responsible for any other task/duties as designated by the Project Manager.
