- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and across new markets.
- Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to meet client needs and achieve business objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or similar client-facing role.
- Experience in Etimad portal.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
