Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of BMS hardware and software.
Monitor building systems and optimize performance through BMS adjustments.
Diagnose and resolve system faults promptly.
Collaborate with engineers and contractors during installation and commissioning.
Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, issues, and repairs.Key Requirements:Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or HVAC Engineering.
Proven experience with BMS systems (e.g., Siemens, Honeywell, Johnson Controls).
Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, and security systems integrated with BMS.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read electrical and control diagrams.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
