Job DescriptionJob purpose:Analyzing future plans and conducting studies to develop workforce planning at the Royal Commission.Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with all departments at headquarters and Cities to identify their workforce needs.
  • Analyze relevant data on workforce and prepare the required reports accordingly.
  • following up on transfer requests (internal/external) at the Royal Commission.
  • Analyzing and monitoring Saudization and substitution plans, and preparing related reports. Identify workforce planning gaps and provide solutions and recommendations in periodic reports.
  • Study and analyze workforce issues, such as recruitment challenges, turnover, shortages, and present recommendations.
  • Follow up on the lists of trainees expected to be hired on a quarterly basis and prepare the necessary data in this regard..
  • Preparing trainee confirmation decisions and entering their data into the system after coordinating with the relevant department.

  • Time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with experience in using Microsoft Office tools or related software.
