- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants, building and nurturing relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance, address concerns, and explore growth opportunities.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Acquisition and Operations, to facilitate partner onboarding and transition.
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans as needed.
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns with partners to drive engagement and sales.
- Cross-selling NCR products and monitor ROI for partners.
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, communications, and performance using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
