- Required: Graduation (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field).
- 5+ years' experience in Systems & Applications.
- A track record of successful roles in 3 or more large implementation projects.
- English, Arabic will be a plus, Portuguese will be a plus.
- Experience in acting as a Business Partner to centralize application improvements and support, ensuring cohesive and efficient operations across Saudi Arabia.
- Strong Go to Market and Commercial process knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean, and ability to tailor Agile practices to fit the specific project and organizational needs.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical terms for clear communication with business stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams,
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, Sales Force, INCUBE/Sonic, MC1/WTM, SAP, S4Hana and Integration Suite (BTP).
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience on integration technologies and protocols, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks commonly used such as C# and Python are desirable.
- Business Transformation: Lead digital transformation initiatives for commercial and GTM processes, ensuring alignment with business strategies and long-term vision.
- Solution Delivery: Apply technology to deliver innovative solutions that streamline commercial processes and enhance customer engagement.
- Project Management: Oversee project management activities, including budgeting, planning, and execution of technology projects related to commercial and GTM solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial, finance, logistics, and sales teams, to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of implemented solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Governance and Controls: Implement governance and control measures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
