SWATX is seeking a meticulous Applications Quality Assurance Specialist to join our quality assurance team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the functionality, performance, and reliability of our software applications. You will design and execute test plans, develop test cases, and conduct thorough testing to identify bugs and ensure our applications meet the highest quality standards.Your responsibilities will include collaborating with development teams to understand application requirements, documenting test results, and providing feedback for continuous improvement. You will also be involved in automating testing processes, which will enhance efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance practices. Your keen attention to detail and commitment to quality will help drive product excellence and user satisfaction.Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in application testing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including automated testing tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset for identifying issues and ensuring thorough testing.
Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to approach problems creatively and propose effective solutions.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile development processes and CI/CD workflows is an advantage.
Certifications: Relevant quality assurance certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.
