Job Summary:
The Technical Write-up Engineer is responsible for developing clear, accurate, and compelling technical proposals and documentation for Facilities Management bids and ongoing projects. This includes writing method statements, technical approach, compliance reports, and project execution plans in alignment with client specifications and FM standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed technical write-ups for FM tenders, including scope, methodology, and service delivery plans.Draft method statements, maintenance strategies, and resource deployment plans.Review and interpret RFPs, specifications, and contract requirements.Collaborate with estimation, operations, procurement, and HSE teams for accurate and integrated submissions.Ensure technical documents comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client expectations.Edit and format documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism.Support post-tender clarifications and technical presentations, when required.
