With over 33 years of experience, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality printed materials to serve both the corporate sector and individual clients.Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaThe B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and industrial partners. Having a proven track record in B2B sales is preferable within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing sector, with strong negotiation, leadership, and client management skills.Key Accountabilities

Develop and execute the B2B sales strategy to achieve company growth targets.
Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in key market segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients and industry partners.
Understand client requirements and provide customized packaging and printing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe are looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in paper packaging, printing, or related manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales cycles, negotiation strategies, and key account management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and inspire a sales team in a competitive market.
