Supervise and support a team of sales representatives in executing regional sales strategies.
Set sales goals and performance metrics, and monitor team progress toward objectives.
Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching, support, and feedback to team members.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the regional market.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Area Sales Manager, or similar role in sales management.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and team leadership.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
