- Acting as the intermediary between designers, clients, and architects so that projects remain efficient and effective.
- Lead service providers to deliver high-quality work aligned with project specs and policies.
- Responsible for BIM Management & preparing draft for Documents (BEP | EIR |MDS | MIDP | TIDP | AIR).
- Responsible for Model QA/QC checks on projects.
- Reviewing Model health and the criteria of modeling methodology.
- Handling the BIM Workflow according to the project requirements.
- Controlling the CDE for through ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) or other common CDE platforms.
- Responsible of the Clash Matrix, and the clash detection workflow.
- Creating & developing the needed Dynamo Scripts.
- Manage project scope, budget, and schedule.
- Responsible for BIM Management & Revising BIM Documents (BEP | EIR | MDS |MIDP | TIDP | AIR).
- Prepare the project BIM execution plans and maintain the implementation across all project phases.
- Lead training sessions with project teams on software applications and processes.
- Support in creating shared resources (Families, Templates, etc.)
- Controlling the CDE for certain projects through ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
- Understanding digital requirements; being able to solve complex engineering with innovative solutions.
- Conduct clash detection using Navisworks.
- Responsible for qualifying and mentoring newcomers.
- Preparation of periodic progress reports with all necessary components to monitor and control the project execution.
- ✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- ✅ Minimum 9 years of experience in BIM coordination.
- ✅ Professional working experience as BIM Manager.
- ✅ Awareness of BIM Workflows and Good knowledge of working with BIM Execution Plans.
- ✅ Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, 3D Modeling, SketchUp, and AutoCAD software.
- ✅ Strong understanding of electrical design principles, construction methods, and building codes.
- ✅ Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with Scan to BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting tools (Dynamo, Python) for automation.
- Knowledge of ISO 19650, BS1192, and UNI Class systems.
