Job DescriptionSafety & Compliance: Ensure vessels comply with QSMS, ISM, ISPS, and Aramco regulations. Conduct audits and maintain vessel certificates and survey statuses.Vessel Operations: Coordinate with clients on vessel progress, provide technical support for engineering challenges, and manage logistics for cargo, provisions, and spares.Crew Management: Conduct competency assessments and provide operational training for Deck Officers, Masters, and Chief Mates.Inspections & Reporting: Conduct vessel inspections, on-hire surveys, and sea trials.
