HSE Engineer (Saudi Electricity Company Approved)

• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 to 10 years of EHS experience, preferably in power transmission, substations, or

• Valid SEC / TAQA / Transco HSE Approval will be added advantage
• Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 standards and implementation practices.
• Experience in heavy construction / EPC sites with multi-contractor environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office, report writing, and site documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate within KSA as per project needs.

• Implement, monitor, and continuously improve project-specific HSE

• Conduct Risk Assessments (HIRA, JSA) and enforce control measures

• Carry out daily toolbox talks, site safety audits, and incident

• Coordinate and monitor all Permit to Work (PTW) activities.
• Train and orient new workers and subcontractors on EHS protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation of safety checklists, reports,

• Liaise with project managers and client HSE representatives to ensure

• Champion zero-incident culture across the project workforce.
