The Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy and execution for an automotive dealership and distributor in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position requires a dynamic leader who can motivate a sales team, develop key customer relationships, and ensure the dealership meets its sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales goals. This role is essential for enhancing the dealership's market presence and fostering long-term customer loyalty.Responsibilities: * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve dealership sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional campaigns that drive traffic to the dealership.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure the availability of vehicles to meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related field.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
