Position OverviewThe Site Supervisor oversees daily site activities for interior fit-out projects. The role ensures site work aligns with drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety standards. The Site Supervisor also manages subcontractors and site workers, monitors quality, enforces discipline, and provides progress updates to the project team.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Site Supervision

Supervise on-site work and labor to ensure progress aligns with project timelines
Monitor subcontractor and vendor activities for productivity and compliance
Coordinate daily tasks, manpower allocation, and tool/material readiness

Quality & Safety Monitoring

Inspect ongoing work for compliance with drawings and quality standards
Enforce site safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping protocols
Identify safety violations or poor workmanship and implement corrective actions

Communication & Coordination

Provide daily site updates to the Senior Site Engineer
Liaise with procurement and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries
Assist in managing snag lists and follow-up on corrective actions

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain daily logs of site activities, including labor records, deliveries, and completed tasks
Support weekly reporting through photos and written updates
Document delays, site issues, or change instructions for management review

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision
