- Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls, routers, and wireless access points
- Provide prompt hardware and software technical support for end-users
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT support tickets efficiently, including site visits when required
- Support and manage Office365 applications and user accounts
- Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintain accurate network documentation
- Perform regular system checks, updates, and ensure network security best practices
- Collaborate with IT team to improve infrastructure and user experienceCandidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of IT technical support experience
- Hands-on experience with FortiGate firewalls and wireless access points
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and systems administration
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (written & spoken)
