Collaborate with project engineers and architects to understand design requirements and specifications.

Conduct regular reviews of designs to identify potential issues and propose solutions.
Prepare and maintain documentation related to design changes and project updates.
Assist in the coordination of project timelines and deliverables with team members.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior draftsmen and team members.

Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as a CAD Operator or Draftsman, specifically with TEKLA.
