- Design, implement, and optimize Major Incident Management (MIM) and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL frameworks
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware
- Configure and manage workflow automation, scripting, SLAs/OLAs, notifications, and ensure upgrade-safe configurations
- Translate functional and business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with architects, process owners, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support release management, solution documentation, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM modules
- Proven experience implementing Major Incident Management and Change Management
- Solid experience integrating with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands-on knowledge of webhooks and middleware platforms
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation
- In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
- Experience with workflow scripting, SLAs/OLAs, notifications, and system upgrades
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in enterprise and complex IT environments
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS - ITSM or equivalent)
- Experience in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments
- Exposure to DevOps or continuous improvement practices
- Experience working in KSA or GCC enterprise environments
