- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors in the Food & Beverage industry.
- Identify and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop innovative sales solutions.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian Food & Beverage market.
