- Lead execution and coordination of all transformation workstreams within the program.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and effective risk and issue management.
- Align stakeholders across departments, consultants, and technical teams.
- Oversee project phases, documentation, and reporting using Power BI.
- Leverage experience in digital transformation, BPM, and AI in the energy/utilities sector.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans in line with PMP best practices, covering all phases from initiation to closure.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across AI, Digitization, Business Excellence, Data, and SME teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, including Soft Launch, System Design, Pilot Execution, Full-scale Rollout, and Final Optimization.
- Apply structured risk management techniques, maintaining a proactive Risk Register and Issue Log to anticipate and mitigate disruptions.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder engagement, including status updates, review meetings, and executive reporting to ensure alignment.
- Maintain and monitor project scope, schedules, costs, and quality metrics, ensuring strict adherence to agreed SLAs and timelines.
- Utilize Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and reports for tracking KPIs, progress, and decision-making support.
- Implement change management controls, maintaining an updated Change Tracker and ensuring timely approvals.
- Ensure documentation integrity by managing project records, deliverables, and audit trails in compliance with PMO standards.
- Promote continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and integrating them into project planning and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant.
- 7+ years of proven experience in end-to-end project management, preferably within digital transformation or the energy/utilities sector.
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Project Management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE2), including scope, time, cost, risk, and quality management.
- Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with complex stakeholder environments.
- Exposure to Business Process Management (BPM), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), or ISO-related projects.
- High proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and other data visualization and reporting tools for project tracking and performance analysis.
- Strong capability in risk management, stakeholder communication, and change control processes.
- Relevant Certifications Required: PMP or PRINCE2 (mandatory); Agile/Scrum (preferred); additional BPM, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management certifications are a plus.
