Desired Competencies:Experience in Greenfield Implementation (S4-Hana Transformation, Rollouts)Project Management methodologies (SAP Activate, PMI, Prince 2, Agile/Scrum, …)Experience with working effectively and efficiently in a complex matrix-organizational structureProficient in Tools like (JIRA, MPP, Excel, Power point)Good Track Record in People Management, Conflict Management, Escalation Management, Resource Management, Customer Relationship Management.Experience in working with Multivendor environment.Excellent communication & presentation skills, must be a team playerWorked in onsite-offshore delivery modeResponsibilities:Drive, define and align the Cutover strategy / Fall Back strategyDefine the cutover plan, in conjunction with all IT and business stakeholdersCollect the loading plan from the Data Migration team and integrate it in the overall Cutover planCollect the business ramp-down and ramp-up plan and integrate it in the overall Cutover planDevelop the cut-over plan with the local business cut-over manager(s)Manage the execution of the Cut-OverManage cutover communication strategy and ensure communication of cutover progress, supported by relevant statistics and dashboards.Manage cutover defects (ensure correct logging, prioritization, ownership assignment and timely resolution)
