Job Description:We are currently looking for an experienced Transport Supervisor (مشرف حركة) to oversee and manage the daily operations of our transportation department. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in transport logistics and experience in managing drivers and vehicle movement.
Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily transportation operations and driver schedules.Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely deliveries.Coordinate with other departments for transportation requirements.Ensure all vehicles are maintained and comply with safety regulations.Resolve issues related to drivers, schedules, or vehicle availability.Maintain reports related to vehicle use, fuel consumption, and maintenance.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of experience in a transportation or logistics company.Proven ability to manage a team of drivers.Strong communication and organizational skills.Knowledge of route planning and fleet management.Ability to work under pressure and solve operational issues quickly.Salary:4000+ SAR / month based on experience and qualifications.
