Location: A-Kharj, RiyadhResponsibilities:-Inventory Management:
Storekeepers track and manage stock levels, ensuring sufficient supplies while avoiding overstocking or shortages.Receiving and Dispatching Goods:
They handle the receipt of new inventory, inspect items for damage, and process outgoing orders.Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of all stock movements, including receipts, issues, and transfers.Storage and Organization:
Organizing storage spaces, ensuring items are stored correctly, and implementing efficient storage systems.Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring the store or warehouse maintains a safe and organized environment and adheres to relevant regulations.Coordination:
Working with other teams (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth operations and efficient stock management.Supervision (in some roles):
Senior storekeepers may supervise other staff members and manage logistics operations.Requirements: -
Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Warehouse Clerk, or similar role.
Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects if needed.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
