Key Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day HR operations on site.Manage employee attendance, leave records, and documentation.Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit formalities.Handle employee relations and provide support for HR policies.Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a site-based role.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Saudi labor law is an added advantage.Must be available to work on-site.What We Offer:Competitive salary package (3,000 – 4,000 SAR).Accommodation & other benefits as per company policy.Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to:
