Experience: 10+ YearsJob DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and oversee engineering activities for our Oil & Gas projects in Al Khobar. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to align on project objectives and schedules.
Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with international and local engineering standards.
Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering processes and practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Strong background in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
Proven experience in managing large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering teams.
In-depth knowledge of international codes and standards (API, ASME, ASTM, etc.).
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with digital tools, engineering software, and modern project management practices.
