Fit-out Estimation Engineer - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ð¸ð¦Trispec is seeking a highly experienced and meticulous Estimation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in the telecommunications or related industries, who can accurately and efficiently prepare cost estimates and proposals for complex projects.Responsibilities ð¼

Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and drawings to understand the full scope of work.
Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information and obtain competitive quotations.
Conduct cost analysis and identify potential project risks and opportunities for cost optimization.
Develop comprehensive technical and financial proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
Utilize cost estimation software and tools to streamline the estimation process.
Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
