We are hiring Commis Chefs across several areas of the resort’s Culinary Division including bakery, butchery, commissary, in-room dining, banquets, and other specialty kitchens. Whether you’re passionate about pastry, skilled in preparation, or eager to grow within a fast-paced hot kitchen, this is your opportunity to be part of a world-class culinary team from the very beginning.What You Will DoSupport pre-opening activities such as kitchen setup, dry runs, and menu tastings.Carry out basic food preparation tasks and support the assigned kitchen section under the supervision of senior chefs.Ensure consistency, hygiene, and efficiency in food handling and workstation cleanliness.Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and food safety standards in line with HACCP protocols.Participate in shift operations to support breakfast, lunch, dinner, or banquet service depending on assigned outlet.Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries, storing food products correctly.What You BringExperience in a professional kitchen environment in luxury hotels.Interest in developing culinary skills in a high-end hospitality setting.Understanding of kitchen hygiene and safe food handling practices.Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions.Pre-opening experience is a plus.Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
