We are seeking for a proactive and analytical Odoo ERP Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for administrating, maintaining, customizing, and optimizing our Odoo ERP system across all company functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with different customers to ensure smooth operations and support strategic business growth through automation and digital efficiency.Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrator, manage, and continuously improve the Odoo ERP system across the organization.
2. Evaluate ERP requirements and recommend best-fit solutions for operational efficiency.
3. Coordinate and test new module implementations to ensure system reliability and alignment with business needs.
4. Work with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality ERP features and integrations.
5. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
6. Generate regular reports on system performance, usage, improvements, and risks.
7. Liaise with end-users to collect feedback, track additional requirements, and deploy system improvements.
8. Train staff and key users on ERP functionality and support change management.
9. Support the company’s digital transformation and innovation roadmap.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (customization, and Odoo specialist).
- Proven experience managing ERP projects across multiple customers in KSA.
- Familiarity with database management, API integrations, and ERP reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to explain technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Odoo certification or ERP customization experience.
- Must be Knowledge of Python and XML for Odoo customization.
