Employment Type: FreelanceAnwar International General Contracting Co. (AIGCC) is seeking a qualified Executive Secretary for a site-based position with our client at the Jafurah Project. This is a freelance role, operating under the SMP (Service Manpower Provider) arrangement.✅ Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Secretary in a client-facing like PMT OFFICE OR PMC OFFICE, site-based role (preferably within the construction, oil & gas, or engineering sectors)Minimum 1 year commitment to the site assignmentExcellent communication and coordination skillsStrong command of Microsoft Office tools and handling of confidential documentsFamiliar with site-level protocols, scheduling, and coordination with senior client representativesMust NOT be a Document Controller or Site Admin—only CVs with Executive Secretary experience will be consideredImportant Notes:
