- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and present product solutions.
- Provide technical support and product demonstrations for welding and industrial tools.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in B2B sales, preferably in industrial tools, welding supplies, or manufacturing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial tools and welding equipment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales territory effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
