- Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Become familiar with the client's business environment to lead projects effectively
- Ownership of and leadership for key client projects ensuring delivery of the highest quality deliverables and ensuring timely and efficient project operations
- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organisation
- Ensuring the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget
- Take ownership for and provide direction and leadership on solving consulting issues associated with a project with the project management team, clients, and other interested parties
- Applying theoretical, managerial, and technical skills to fulfil identified objectives and deliverables
- Implementing a solid project management strategy for task interdependence
- Managing project risks, contingency and mitigation plans
- Maintaining high team performance and productivity
- Being present in client offices as required to deal with any issues in real-time
- Presenting key project updates to client stakeholders and agency partners
- Creating and managing project plans and reports for numerous agency projects
- Conduct and coordinate the project site visits as required
- Liaising directly with the client to update on project deliverables
- Leading client and stakeholder meetings on project specifics
- Setting up and managing administrative procedures
- Updating company CRM system
- Presenting to the APEX Management Team
- Coordinating and executing research tasks
- Ensuring all information is captured and project databases are updated in a timely manner
- Managing the Project Team to provide ongoing support
- Overseeing/ reviewing and approving the production of client materials e.g. presentations, letters, and memos
- Overseeing/ reviewing and approving the client’s reports, including status updates, agendas, and meeting minutes/summaries
- Leading the Client meeting from the APEX Team and reviewing, approving, and sharing the Minutes with the Client
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
- Keeping abreast of industry and daily news reports to stay on top of current affairs and client sector news
- Contribute to practise development initiatives and sector programs
- Provide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team members
- Evidenced to be well versed with feasibility studies, impact assessment studies, business strategy.
- An understanding of core consulting methodologies including strategy assessment, operating model development and implementation planning
- Experience in consulting-oriented project management/client delivery
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills, required to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail, inquisitive personality and passion for knowledge & experience
- Strong analytical skills, work ethic, independence, problem solving ability and overall positive attitude
- Strong computer knowledge and skills, including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office fundamentals
- Ability to travel regularly, particularly in Saudi Arabia
- Cultural awareness of the Middle East and specifically Saudi Arabia
