- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism.
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of presentations and reports as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by management, such as tracking vacations, training coordination, and general office support.Requirements :- Saudi or Filipino nationality
- Proven experience of 2 years in a secretarial or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
