We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead and grow our Manpower and Staffing Division serving the Oil & Gas, Industrial, and Construction sectors.✅ Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities for manpower and staffing services (skilled, semi-skilled & staff level).Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in Aramco, SABIC, and EPC contractors.Identify client needs and propose tailored manpower solutions.Handle RFQs, commercial negotiations, and contract closures.Monitor market trends and competitor strategies.Collaborate with internal recruitment, mobilization, and operations teams for successful delivery.🎯 Requirements:
Minimum 8+ years of proven experience in manpower / staffing business development within KSA.Strong client network in Eastern Province.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Must hold a valid transferable Iqama and be available to join immediately.Knowledge of visa processing, Iqama, and GOSI regulations is a plus.📩 How to Apply:
