We are hiring a Estimation Engineer specializing in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems for our Dammam office. The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and tender submissions for ELV projects, including:
- Structured Cabling (SCS)
- Fiber Optic Network
- CCTV Systems
- Security Systems
- Access Control
- Fire Fighting Systems
- Audio-Visual Solutions
- Data Center Solutions### Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project specs, BOQs, and drawings to create accurate estimates.
- Develop technical/commercial proposals for ELV tenders.
- Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi standards (Aramco, SEC, HCIS etc.).
- Support bid negotiations and client meetings.
- Site visits for surveys to build accurate cost estimates### Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Electronics /IT Engineering or related field.
- 8-10 years in ELV estimation, preferably in Saudi Arabia/GCC/Middle East.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools.
- Must have HCIS experience
- Must have strong vendor connections
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
