We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Admin Assistant / Technical Support. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as strong technical skills. The Admin Assistant / Technical Support will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support to the team, hotel reservations, airline ticket reservations, car rental reservations.
- Providing technical support to clients and employees, including troubleshooting computer problems, installing software.
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Organizing and filing documents
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.

- 1+ years of experience in administrative support or technical support
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows operating system, and other software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
