The QC Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all mechanical quality control activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and Aramco requirements. The role involves supervision of inspection, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems, ensuring quality assurance and safety standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all mechanical quality control activities on-site in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Ensure all mechanical activities comply with Aramco standards, codes, and CBT (Competency Based Training) requirements.
Review and verify mechanical inspection and test plans, procedures, and documentation.
Conduct and witness inspections, tests, and audits to verify quality and safety standards.
Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and third-party inspectors to ensure quality is maintained.
Identify, document, and report non-conformance issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and control the quality of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
Ensure proper implementation of safety protocols during all mechanical activities.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality documentation.
Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on quality matters.
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in mechanical QC supervision, preferably in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
Proven experience working with Aramco standards and CBT programs.
Strong knowledge of international codes/standards such as API, ASME, ASTM, and related industry standards.
Familiarity with inspection tools, testing methods, and quality documentation.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
