The new Four Seasons Resort will be located on Shura Island, the hub of the development and home to a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, 18-hole golf course and more. The Red Sea destination is being built with sustainable practices and tourism at its core, with the masterplan being informed by an impressive marine spatial planning simulation to model the environmental impact of development and operations to minimize over-tourism while providing guests with an exceptional travel and lifestyle experience. The destination will also rely on renewable energy and will only develop a small portion of the islands with expansive dedicated conservation zones. The new Four Seasons Resort will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, all with uninterrupted views over white sand beaches and crystal-clear waters. The property will also feature six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery centre, Kids for All Seasons space and much more. Whether looking for rest and relaxation or sport and water activities, there will be something for everyone, including a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two separate beaches for families and adults perfect for soaking in the sun or diving down to explore the coral reefs.About the RoleBe part of the pre-opening dream team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea—a sanctuary of luxury, sustainability, and unforgettable experiences. As a Resort Visual Content Creator, you will be the creative storyteller of our brand, crafting captivating photography, videography, and graphic design that showcase the essence of Four Seasons Red Sea Shura Island and Four Seasons AMAALA. From breathtaking visuals of our resorts to compelling campaigns that connect with global audiences, your role will be central to bringing our stories to life with consistency, creativity, and elegance.What You Will Do
  • Serve as the resorts’ videographer, photographer, and graphic designer, producing high-quality and impactful content.
  • Conceptualize and deliver creative assets including photography, videography, reels, animations, and graphic designs aligned with Four Seasons’ brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Sales, Marketing, PR, F&B, Rooms, Spa, Guest Experience, People & Culture) to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Manage and oversee content shoots—from planning and coordination to styling, setup, and post-production.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels, including digital, social media, printed materials, and collateral.
  • Partner with agencies, media, and social platforms to share visuals and enhance brand exposure.
  • Organize and maintain the resorts’ content library, ensuring assets are updated and accessible.
  • Stay ahead of creative trends, digital innovations, and industry best practices to enhance brand storytelling.
What You Bring
  • Degree or background in film, photography, or related creative field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a photographer/videographer, preferably in hospitality or luxury brands.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and strong skills in camera operation, sound, editing, and post-production (including animations and effects).
  • Strong eye for visual composition, attention to detail, and ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to deliver under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional appearance and conduct at all times, representing the Four Seasons brand with excellence.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
