We are looking for a reliable Handyman to handle day-to-day maintenance tasks with a focus on AC systems. The role includes general repair work, basic electrical support, and ensuring all facility maintenance needs are met promptly.Key Responsibilities:Perform maintenance and minor repairs for AC units and related systems.Handle general handyman duties such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition.Follow safety standards in all repair and maintenance work.Qualifications:Technical diploma or proven experience in AC maintenance and handyman work.2+ years of hands-on experience in facilities or maintenance roles.Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
