Almarai currently employs over 40,000 employees servicing some 220,000 retail outlets across GCC, Egypt and Jordan and has reported net income of SAR 2.31 Billion on sales of SAR 20.97 Billion in 2024.For more details, please visit our website - .About the Role:To Assist the DHRM in administering the development of HR strategies, workforce plans, and budgets by following HR practices and procedures and providing HR services to manage the personnel activities within the Sales Division and to ensure that regions are provided with required services from other departments.Activities:
  • Liaison Personnel activities with concerned departments efficiently
  • Assist Div. HR Manager in staffing, HR Projects and Personnel Process Development activities.
  • Ensure proper practices of Personnel Policies & Procedures.
  • Ensure workforce planning aligns with budget constraints.
  • Ensure that all divisional HR management reports are updated and provided to Div. HR Manager.
  • Track and report budget utilization for staffing and workforce expenses.
  • Maintain an up-to-date workforce database.
  • Ensuring that Division employees provided with HR/Admin and personnel services.
  • Develop contingency plans to address workforce gaps and manage workforce-related costs.
Requirement:The Potential candidates must be SAUDI and meet the requirements mentioned below:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English language.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in HR/Administration.
  • 4 years of experience at the managerial level.
  • SAP- HR Module or related HR Management System experience.
  • Previous experience in FMCG is preferred.
  • Management & Leadership skills.
