Job Description and RequirementsSenior System Administrator for our semi-government domain client in Riyadh, KSA.or Nationals onlyResource Knowledge and Abilities:
 Bachelor's degree in software engineering, information systems, computer engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.
 5+ years of experience in system administration for Windows and/or Linux environments.
 Proficient in windows and Linux environment.
 Familiar with ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
 Ability to diagnose complex system issues and coordinate resolutions.
 Experience with virtualization and cloud-based infrastructure.
 Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills. Windows Server, Linux OS, .net, java, RabbitMQ, Kafka
 VMware, Hyper-V
 Office 365, Exchange
 Service management tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
 Remote access tools (RDP, SSH, TeamViewer)
 Backup tools (Veeam, Commvault)
