Job Description:Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading auto spare parts manufacturer in the Middle East. Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales, distribution, and marketing strategies to expand market share in the aftermarket parts sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts sales, marketing, and distribution, with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to achieve business targets.
- Plan and manage parts sales budgets in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.
- Establish pricing strategies to balance profitability and customer retention.
- Identify new business opportunities in the aftermarket parts segment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to enhance performance.Requirements- 10+ years in automotive parts sales, with at least 5 years in senior sales management (Preferably in KSA Market)
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
